Business Analyst (Work from Home) Are you a Business Analyst, looking for a new challenge who has delivered large SaaS applications in an agile arena. The client is based in the Midlands / South but the role is predominantly home working with occasional meetings as and when required in the office. This is a 2 year FTC My client is looking for a Business Analysts with a solid background in business process design, technical business requirements, data analysis and non-functional and functional requirements and testing.You will work closely with business functions to identify how IT change can help support their plans and to challenge Business Processes. You will operate during the entire IT Life cycle and development life cycle from initial project inception, architecture and design, through project delivery and effective support through to business as usual. Ideally you will have experience working on Operations Projects around Applications. You will be at home delivering technical Change as well as technical projects and have experience of data mapping and Business process Re/engineering (BPR). I want someone who has solid experience in project delivery or working in a project team as the sole BA. 3rd Part Management or working with 3rd parties is also of interest. I need someone with experience in Payroll / Billing systemsMy client is only considering starters that can start in 2 - 4 weeks so please do not apply if you are on 3 months' notice!! You will have excellent communication skills and be the interface between IT and the Business users in order to articulate business problems into formal business requirements and technical requirements. You will be used to working with senior stakeholders in a fast paced and ever changing environment and discussing taking requirements from them. Strong generic business analysis skills are of key importance for this role so accreditations would demonstrate that you have those.
