The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of Head of Portfolio for Corporate Change in the Digital, Commercial and Information Directorate (DCID).

Over the last five years in the CPS, we've focused on creating resilient and secure foundations as well as leading the digital transformation of criminal justice. This is an exciting time to be joining DCID which brings together professional experts in digital technology, commercial services, security, information management and operational process transformation to deliver high quality services to the CPS. Our new mission is clear. We will build positive partnerships across the criminal justice system and with our colleagues, to implement innovative ways of working, reduce corporate risk, improve user experience, and enable colleagues to successfully deliver their business.

The Head of Portfolio for Corporate Change will contribute to the organisation's transformational change plans by designing, developing and overseeing the portfolio of all major projects and strategic change activity across the organisation, and by establishing and building the capability of the Project Delivery profession. They will also proactively develop key data trends and patterns from a portfolio perspective, working across CPS with the operational performance team and change unit.
