Due to expansion and growth they are looking to take on an additional Manufacturing Team Leader In this role, you will play a key part in leading the onsite manufacturing team, ensuring the machine line is fully operational and specific KPIs are achieved. The position will give you autonomy across all aspects of manufacturing as well as specific training to increase your leadership and management skills. The role is on a 3 shift pattern with a shift allowance to increase your basic earnings.
