SAP Scrum Master

Circa. £50k - £70k + benefits

Location: Telford or Worthing

We are seeking a talented SAP Scrum Master. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package. You will be a part of a large team that supports different avenues of work for all the SAP Projects and Services. You will have the responsibility for ensuring the teams in the SAP Delivery Centre follow consistent agile practices as they develop and support HMRC SAP systems.

Key skills / experience

*SAP knowledge: core logic of ERP, strategy, Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools.

*Experience of coaching, mentoring and managing Scrum teams and an advocate of continuous improvement and subject matter expertise.

*Ability to work with software development teams, product managers, operations managers and other digital centre's.

*Ability to manage senior stakeholders.

*Ability to promote and increase awareness of Agile activities.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Experience in SAP TRM (Tax and Revenue Management) is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

*Ensure consistent, reliable and repeatable delivery of SAP Delivery Centre by the Agile Delivery Teams.

*Ensure the team follows Agile methodology and the scrum framework.

*Lead the teams towards the goal of becoming self-managing, optimally performing teams.

*Promote Scrum values.

*Drive consistent reporting on sprint activity to senior management.

*Manage stakeholder engagement.

*Work closely with SAP Technical teams.
