Technical support engineer (Heat Pumps)

£40'000 + Pension + Holiday

Do you have experience in heat pumps?

This company specialise in the design and installation of commercial heat pump systems across the UK. Having recently had major investment they are looking to grow the company extensively over the next few years making this a great opportunity for people to grow longer term within the business.

In this role the technical Support engineer will join a team of support engineers and be able to offer service assistance to their customers for any technical issues with regards to heat pumps. You will also be looking after accounts and looking for opportunities to see further products with those customers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in heat pumps and want to be in a technical support/ sales role.

This is a great role for someone to join a renewable energy industry where you will play a key role in this companies growth and development.

The role:

*Answer support queries via phone, email, and tickets logged on the customers portal.

*Log customer requests and incidents

*Diagnose and rectify technical problems and queries following first-line fix criteria and where possible resolving at first call.

*Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems following criteria for a first-line fix.

*Empowering customers by promoting Knowledge base and self-service.

/Set up new users' accounts and profiles working alongside internal teams.

The person:

*Candidates must have a knowledge of heat pumps.

*Live commutable to the Hull area.
