Excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding company, working on exciting multi million pound projects, where you will be fully supported to become Chartered and progress in your career.Do you have a degree in surveying or industry experience? Are you looking to join a growing business where you will have an exciting future where you can progress whilst working on exciting projects?This successful Construction Consultancy are based in London but are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for their Birmingham and Derby offices. The company have created an exceptional reputation for themselves by working with a range of blue-chip clients. The projects can vary from anywhere between £100,000 - £60 million. Now they are looking to invest into the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit a Graduate that they can train and develop to become a Quantity Surveyor.

In this role you will be based from either the Birmingham or Derby offices with occasional site visits across the surrounding area. You will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor assisting in pre and post contract matters. This will include cost planning and budgeting, analysing design information and specifications, pretender estimates, tendering and package procurement, monthly valuations, cost reports and management of purchase orders and subcontractors. This will predominantly be for high end hotel projects, care home refurbishments and other sectors, but will include smaller refurbishment projects alongside. You will visit sites a few times a month so will require a full driving license.
