SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Contractor | 3 Months | Outside IR35 My client is a large telecoms provider, that are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant. You will need excellent knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors module and greenfield projects.

Project: Large roll-out program, where you will be responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation and onboarding functionalities.

Responsibilities:Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module.Support and enhance SuccessFactors components on Onboarding functionalities.Configure SuccessFactors components Onboarding functions to meet client needs.Educate markets on alternatives for system configuration and design.Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed.Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meets client expectations.Requirements:Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module (at least 2 implementation projects).Must have worked on Email Templates, Custom data collection Objects, Crossboarding, Offboarding.Must have experience in configuring ONB Business rules.Must be Certified in SuccessFactors ONB2.0 module.Proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.Has an in-depth understanding of HR processes guided by precedents and previous experience to review evaluate and prioritize tasks.Technologies:SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0.Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment.Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.SDS: Outside IR35

Location: 100% remote

Length: 3 months rolling

Rate: Negotiable based on experience
