Are you an Site Manager with experience working on High End Residential Developments looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in West London?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer office refurbishment and build solutions for the Luxury Housing Sector across the London. Due to securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in working on high end residential housing builds or refurbishments and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Luxury House Builder.

The Role:

*Site Based Role in West London

* Site Management: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Director, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets,

*6 Month contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety

* CSCS card

*Experience working on High End Residential Projects

* Available immediately
