A really good opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join a thriving and expanding business on a permanent rotating shift basis, as you look to provide the company with your IT knowledge and work to achieve career progression.
This company are a a multi-national fintech company with a rich history offering variety and challenge, interesting project-based work, and opportunities for progression and personal development.
In this role you will work a mixture of daytime, late and early shift as you use your technical skills and knowledge to: ensure inbound and outbound customer files are processed and transmitted, produce test plans for system integrity & stability, and complete a range of administrative duties such as change logs, incident logs, work instructions and quality documentation.
The ideal candidate will be a competent IT Support Engineer/Professional happy to work shifts (early, daytime and night) and be a commutable distance to Wembley.
