Junior/Mid DevOps Engineer

Bristol (remote working options)

Excellent opportunity for a Junior or Mid-Level DevOps Engineer looking to learn new technologies and build their commercial experience in one the world's leading gaming companies offering exceptional personal development and training opportunities.

This company are a house hold name, instantly and globally recognised within the gaming community. Due to increasing demand and exponential growth, they are looking to build their internal DevOps Team.

In this role you will maintain, create, test and deploy infrastructure services. Review best practice for Infrastructure automation, suggest improvements for the system and ensure appropriate tools are used for monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience or strong knowledge of Jenkins and Docker as well as experience with Linux or Windows Administration. You will be competent in either Python, PowerShell or Golang and any experience with AWS and Kubernetes is highly beneficial.

The Role:

*Building, Testing, Deploying and Maintaining Infrastructure Services

*Using tools to monitor systems

*Reviewing best practice

*Learning and Utilising Jenkins, Python, Ansible, Git, Linux, Windows, Docker / Kubernetes, AWS, Nginx, Jira

The Person:

*BSc in Computer Science or relevant degree

*Experience with Jenkins and Docker

*Experience with configuration management with Ansible or Similar

*Proficient with GIT

*Confident with Python OR PowerShell OR GoLang

*Experience with AWS, Kubernetes is desirable but not required
