1st Line Support - 6months - Immediate Start - Inside IR35Jefferson Frank are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support engineer to work with one of our clients who are technology specialists based in Leeds.For this role we would like to find out about your recent projects, demonstrating your skill and proven application of the below technologies.You will have:2 years IT Service Desk experience required - specifically supporting users remotelyA good understanding of using ITSM (ticketing) tools along with working with SLA/KPI targets.Solid understanding and experience of Active Directory and supporting bespoke applications.Excellent communication skills and telephone mannerOutstanding organisational and troubleshooting skillsA self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer serviceHave you got an ITIL or an MCP certification? It is preferable but these are not critical.
