Global Research & Data Analytics organisation require a Data Systems & Reporting Lead to be responsible for leading a small team of Data & Systems executives to help run, maintain and streamline a number of client schedules, reports, operational models & applications. Using a range of data platforms you will help project manage and deliver improvement opportunities and change requests resulting in automated solutions being output. Using a range of data platforms you will help project manage and deliver improvement opportunities and change requests resulting in automated solutions being output. Ultimately you will help underpin operational excellence, ensure the provision of the highest quality data, and help drive client delight.Key Responsibilities: Ensures the delivery of scheduled Data & Systems tasks in a timely and accurate mannerProvide excellent leadership to help your team perform at their optimum levels, through

motivating and developing them to achieve high performance and career growthSupport clients on the use of the data platform and related systemsControlling the sites IT assets register and point of contact for all systems, data and reporting issues.Provide 1st line desktop support to assist the site with operational delivery.Analyse large data sets and identify any illogical, unusual, or unlikely patterns.Create & enhance monitoring and reporting tools to aid in the identification and resolution of issues & anomalies.Play an active role in the site's Continuous Improvement programs by participating in and

leading the development and maintenance of the projects within Data & Systems, and across related departments.Support the Systems & Operations Development Manager with data analysis and required

reporting requirements.Support the Learning and Development strategy by ensuring training needs are identified and followed through in line with Business Objectives.Contribute towards the development and delivery of operational & strategic plans when required at Site level.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including

Survey Managers in order to address survey requirements in an effective and timely manner.Experience/Skills RequiredAbility to work with ambiguous data, problem solve, root cause & fix underlying issues.Good data & analytical skills. Is confident using data to tell the storyGenuine ability to spot opportunities, and proactively drive change and process improvements whilst also thinking through the implications of change.Solutions focused. Can drive projects through to completion.Previous experience working in a delivery focused and customer centric environment.Excellent communicator. Can lead conversations with all stakeholders confidently.Microsoft Suite, including Advanced Excel (essential).Advanced Power BI (or other data visualization software - desirable).Strong SQL skills (using SQL Server - desirable).Strong coaching and mentoring skills and an ability to deliver training across all relevant areas within the team.Must have held line responsibility for managing a team. Ownership of induction, training &
