This is a hands on BA role while people managing a team of 5.An amazing transformation project has just started and they need your expertise. This company is looking to improve their business processes and are going to automate several of their existing workflows. Their goal is to get good structure in place so they can reduce manual processes and significantly scale their business over the next 3 years. Working as part of this transformation team, you will be working together to investigate all departments within the business. By mapping the business you will be looking at finding the right opportunities that need to be automated and figuring out how best to automate these specific business processes.You will have worked on projects where you re-designed processes used by a business / worked on a transformation or change projects. You will be working with key internal stakeholders. You will have lots of experience influencing and supporting stakeholders at a time of change.What will you be doing in this role ?

30% Business Analysis

20% Solution Design

20% Lean Process Analysis

10% Process and Data Mapping

10% People Management5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst

2+ years Agile / Lean but not a purest

1+yrs Team Leading / management experience

Re-design process improvement / transformation project experience
