A technology training operating model needs to be implemented to deliver our GWS Training vision:

What you'll do:

* Implement the IT Training Operating Model covering Training governance, Employee Learning experience, Leadership/Sponsorship, Communication & Engagement, Learning & Adoption and Measurement * Lead a team of Learning specialists who will work across sites and virtual learning spaces to give exceptional learning experiences and outcomes for our stakeholders and customers * Partner with stakeholders across GWS and the business depending on the portfolio and locations you own. This includes across the Senior leadership team right up to Head of level * Own a workstack of activity and prioritise activity based on wider business needs, Learning strategy and local support requirements * Understand, advocate and grow the use of learning tools while promoting and cultivating a culture of learning and self improvement across Sky. * Own the Learning strategy, as agreed with GWS leadership, and deliver progressive and innovative solutions to help the department continue to evolve * Manage the development of learning and adoption materials, recognising the need to develop multi-faceted campaigns using a range of delivery methods (passive, remote, virtual, class-room, blended etc.)

What you'll bring:

* You will have Professional experience in the Learning industry and especially in stakeholder, resource management and delivery areas * Vision, drive, diplomacy and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and stakeholder matrices, being able to influence others without direct authority. * Team Leadership: Extensive experience and track record of managing teams to understand and deliver complex solutions. * Working in a dynamic environment: Enjoys working in an innovative and creative environment. Able to deliver big picture benefits and make nimble prioritisation calls. * Experience with a variety of different learning methodologies, social learning and understand the benefits of each method in the context of supporting business needs. * Knowledge of trends in the wider learning industry and always looking to apply this knowledge in the Sky context
