Operations Manager (Manufacturing/Fabrication)

Are you an Operations Manager from a fabrication background looking for a fully autonomous role where you can progress to an executive level within the business, whilst playing a pivotal role towards the success and future of the company?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business where you will lead and support a large team, putting your own mark on the business by ensuring the high standards are met across the department.

In this role you will oversee a team of 20 which is expected to go to 45+, ensuring that clients and customers always receive an excellent level of service and quality of product.

This is an excellent time to join the company as they are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth, they have recently opened up a new facility of which you will oversee all operations.

This position would suit an Operations Manager, looking for an autonomous role where they can put their own stamp on a team.
