Maintenance Engineer role on offer for an engineer with experience in hands-on work looking in increase their capabilities by steeping into a role with key responsibilities in continuous improvement that will widen your skill-set.

Do you have electrical and mechanical maintenance skills? Are you used to working in a manufacturing/production environment?

Established over 100 years ago, this company are a leading producer and processor for the agricultural industry. Due to ongoing expansion through their loyal client base, they are looking for a new maintenance engineer to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the factory's production machinery. You will also ply a key role in scheduling planned maintenance, training production staff in machinery maintenance and also involved with the site leadership team in identifying areas for continuous improvement activities. The Role:

· Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

· Planned and reactive maintenance of production machinery

· Involved in continuous improvement works and mentoring prodcution staff on general machine maintenance

· £35,000 + Excellent Overtime + Training + Holiday

The Person:

· Mechanical and electrical hands-on skills

· Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

· Wants to get involved in continuous improvement and learn these skills as part of a career
