Role Overview We are currently looking for a QA Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Staffordshire. As the QA Manager you will manage a team of quality professionals and be the subject matter expert on all quality operations. Duties and Responsibilities You will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Operations teams ensuring effective running of the QMS.You will manage the system for assessment any deviations and non-conformances for the site.You will promote root cause analysis and use risk management tools to resolve issues.You will manage change controls and ensure all changes are properly assessed and implemented.As the QA Manager you will act as the main point of con tract for customer queries and technical visits. You will carry out site validation, calibration and equipment maintenance.You will be responsible for the management of your team and ensure everyone is complying with GMP and other relevant guidelines and legal obligations. You will further be responsible for their development and for driving team performance. Experience and Education A degree or masters in a relevant scientific discipline.Proven industry experience working as a Quality Manager in pharmaceutical manufacturing GMP setting. Management of a team is essential for this role.To be successful, it is essential you have excellent attention to detail and analytical and problem solving experience.
