ABOUT YOU

You are a self-starter with a real passion for learning everything there is to know about Microsoft 365 and Cloud technology. You're very technically minded but you also understand the importance of excellent client service. People often come to you because they know you can comprehend nuanced IT situations and are able to troubleshoot methodically. You're tenacious and don't like to give up until you've found a solution. IT is your calling, you're bright and know you have more to offer within a high-performance team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a broad role requiring a technical and analytical mind, and the ability to learn at pace. You will be working on modern systems as part of an experienced and very talented team. Internal training and mentorship are key to the growing team's success, and you will be guided by experienced Cloud Consultants and Project Managers. By showing intelligence and an eagerness to learn you will be given freedom to develop new skills in a wide range of cutting-edge technologies.

Supported by a team of true experts you will assist with upgrades and projects at existing clients, plus onboarding of new business. Maintenance of platforms, rollout of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies with a focus on security and the Modern Workplace is central to the role.

You will gain insight into our clients, and have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers from other teams within the business.

Training in Microsoft Enterprise Administrator and Microsoft Azure certifications, including options in Modern Desktop, security and messaging are crucial to your development and we will support your journey to qualification.

YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

- Solid experience in deploying and troubleshooting Office 365 and Intune solutions

- Excellent troubleshooting on Windows, including Event Viewer

- Some exposure to Azure or AWS desirable

- Professional outlook and presentation for client site visits
