Business Analyst - Web Applications / Digital Communication - this is along term contract opportunity for an experienced BA with strong digitalisation experience.Your tasks:Analysing and documenting website enrichment and modernisation tasks while also observing developments in the web area, judging their value and translating them into clear requirementsSupporting the implementation of agreed requirements for business-critical web applications in an agile manner, including streamlining and enhancing content management processesEnsuring robustness of the website environment and maintaining full system and process documentationLiaising with internal and external business partners who provide infrastructure, IT security and technical- as well as development support

Your experience/knowledge:5+ years of experience with business analysis in digital communications projects and in conducting quality assurance like testing and troubleshootingAn excellent understanding of web languages and technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and data driven web platforms in a Linux environment like Apache and TomcatHands-on practice with IT related projects ideally related to digital, communications or web development

Your soft skills: Ability to gather and analyse requirements as well as client-interface skillsProficiency in stakeholder management combined with a self-starter personalityMotivated to contribute to the teamLocation: Basel, Switzerland
