A spin-off from a world-class university, the vision was to create robots beyond academia and industry involving practical applications that would change the world.DescriptionResponsibilitiesBusiness Rule identification and Data Validation.Assist with the Application design and analysis as well as provide input to the Database design.PL/SQL development and SQL programming, code documentation and unit testing.Build reporting views to support reporting needs of business.Integration design for data exchange, import and export.Database schema design - Build internal data schema to store information coming from different e-commerce platforms.Resolve any issues found in functional, performance, regression, or acceptance testing.Work on bug fixes, support ad hoc data validation requests from business also engage in BAU support activities.Document the data retrieval methods via REST API, ETL, FTP and other means utilized to include source, destination, schedule, and job controls.Update regular status via development tracking tools ex: JIRA.Adhere to IT controls in place.Work with different teams in different regions Internal/External within the IT organisation to efficiently deliver tasks assigned. ProfileSolid developer - Oracle database development, code documentation and unit testing.Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional.Experience with finacial/payment gateways.Extensive experience PL/SQL development and SQL programming.Experience in Developing and maintaining SOAP, REST API based integrations in a complex enterprise application environment and integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async is highly desirable.SFDC experience is highly desirable.Knowledge of ETL/BI tools/Web services.
