Technical Support Engineer

£28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits Commutable from, Telford, Stafford, Burton-upon-Trent, Burntwood, Birmingham, WolverhamptonExcellent opportunity for a someone with a background in Manufacturing, who is looking to step into a Technical Support role, where you will use your skills and knowledge to support a highly successful Technical Department.On offer is the chance to use your skills within a very successful team. You will be a main point of contact for customers and offer technical support to a range of clients. The company are keen to invest in your career and offer product training, in order for you to deliver a high level of service to their existing customer base.This is a chance to join a well recognised company who have been established for over 60 years and have a good reputation within the industry. The company manufacture all of their products onsite and have a very collaborative team, where everyone contributes to the success of the business.This role would suit someone with a background in Manufacturing who is looking for a new role within a successful company, who offer training and career progression.The Role: Dealing with existing accounts and offering high levels of customer service.Ability to use and understand AutoCAD.Opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer.
