We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to define a unique position in the market. You will work with our Product and Engineering teams and our Chief Technical Officer as we build and refine our products.. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire system architecture of our stack. You will use your skills to design, build, test, and deliver features. The client is bridging real-world assets with digital ownership, through an end-to-end property management protocol. Our vision is to shift the NFT craze into a sustainable movement, where all world assets can be represented on-chain, and with the legal protection required. Combined with an ease of trading, and the endless transactional opportunities that blockchain unlocks. We believe the time has come for adoption of a digital legal layer to bridge the gap between digital assets and the real world. The client was one of the earliest blockchain companies, one of the original proponents of permissioned and proof-of-stake blockchains. Stack Overview Your core skills matter more than specific knowledge. Currently we use: Typescript (front end and API), Go, Solidity, OpenZeppelin, Postgres, Hyperledger Burrow, React, Kubernetes, Helm. What you will be doing: Maintain and instill high standards for code quality, application performance, and stability;Collaborate with our product team to create and implement robust, data-driven UIsBuild from the ground up, with a focus on speed,usability and scalabilityWork with refine our current product and deliver new products and ensure success for ourcustomers both internal and external.Maintain and improve existing codebase to ensure it is scalable in a high-growth environment You'll have a high level of autonomy within the projects you work on. Both to define the stories themselves and to come up with creative solutions. You will support and challenge the rest of the team to improve the quality of our software and design. So, in summary, who do we need? Someone who: 3 years or more as a hands-on contributor in an engineering-led organizationJS frontend development is essentialReact experience strongly preferredExperience with Ethereum is strongly preferred (Solidity, Web3)The ability to switch regularly between informal written design documents, discussion, andcoding in a tight iterative loop is essentialStrong CS fundamentals, knowledge of software architecture design, and best practices.BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practicalexperienceCan lead and take ownership of projects and see them to completion Nice to have: Ideally you'll have experience in a high growth start-up or scale-upDeep experience in blockchain technologyA keen interest and understanding of DeFi and CryptocurrenciesExperience working in a remote and distributed team would be great, but it's not essential We are very keen to see candidates from a range of backgrounds and experiences. You may not fit exactly every requirement we have. What's more important is that you have the demonstrable skillsand experience we need.
