This is an ideal career opportunity for someone with knowledge and experience of best practices of Continuous Improvement and Quality Management. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse range of projects that cover areas such as: strategic change initiatives, regulatory changes and general process improvements. Your analysis skills will help to identify and improve operational and technical processes to improve efficiencies; reduce costs; and increase customer satisfaction.

We expect that you will already have some knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean principles, tools, and techniques and how to apply these in practice. It's important that you can work flexibly within a team setting, and that you have proven skills in problem solving and business / process analysis. Good communication skills (in writing and in person) and the ability to bring complex subject matter to life for different audiences will be key attributes.
