Data Governance Consultant

UK Remote

£60,000 - £65,000 + Holiday + Pension matching basis + Life Insurance 4x Annual Salary x Health Care

Excellent opportunity for a Data Governance Consultant to join one of the fastest growing data focused transformation consultancies in Europe who create innovative and sustainable digital solutions.

This company are experts in data science, strategy, governance and analytics. They provide strategic operations consulting, digitalisation, data analytics, AI and Machine Learning solutions to high end clientele. They are rapidly expending and looking to make several hires in the Cloud Solutions team.

In this role you will support clients to turn their Business Strategies into actionable Data Strategies an insights and be responsible for the design, implementation and adoption of Data Governance and Quality principles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Data Integration, Data Cataloguing and Data Consulting in an Information Management organisation or similar business. The ideal candidate will have experience in methodologies and tooling such as BPMN or UML.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Governance Consultant to join an innovative data driven digital transformation and cloud solutions consultancy where you will make key technical decisions in an autonomous role providing excellent progression opportunities.

The Role:

* Consulting in Data Governance and best practise

*Advising clients on options for suitable Information Management solutions

*You will be responsible for the design, implementation and adoption of Data Governance and Quality principles.

*Utilising Data Governance and Privacy frameworks, such as DAMA

*Remote - travelling to client sites when needed

The Person:

*Must have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements for Data Governance

*Experience with data consulting in an Information Management organisation or similar

*Experience with tooling such as Business Process Modelling/BPMN/UML

*Any knowledge of Cloud based Data Governance Solutions would be advantageous
