My client is a start-up biologics company based in Waterford.The company They specialise in manufacturing biologic products for the treatment of rare diseases. They are a patient-focused, innovative company, and have recently expanded to the Waterford area.They are looking for an Associate Director Vendor Management to join their Quality Department, and play an integral role in the development of the site. As Associate Director Vendor Management, you will supporting the maintenance and management the Vendor Management System to ensure it is consistently deployed and maintained for operations and supporting functions.Build and manage a team to identify, establish and qualify new vendors as per the supplier management programOversee the audit of vendors for qualification/re qualificationEnsure customer / contract services Technical Agreements are implemented and maintained according to established proceduresManagement of vendor complaints, deviations, CAPA's and change controlsSupporting development projects and tech transfer of new productsEstablish specifications for incoming material for tech transfer of new productsConducting internal audits as requiredProvide support for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Pharmaceutical Quality System Education & Experience;Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or a related discipline is desirable.10+ years' experience working in Quality or Manufacturing.Experience with management and qualification of vendorsExperience of biologics would be an advantage To find out more about Real please visit www.realstaffing.comReal Staffing, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy| Registered office | 1st Floor, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
