Premium Credit is one of the leading insurance premium finance companies in the UK and Ireland. We are now looking for Project Managers to join our team and support the delivery of our change projects on either a fixed-term or permanent basis.
While our offices are based in Leatherhead, we are currently operating on a work from home basis (although please note occasional travel to the office will be required).

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a range of technology and business change projects, from conception through to successful conclusion.
Reporting to the Head of Change Delivery, you will manage multiple projects either within a larger programme or as independent projects. You will work with business stakeholders to understand the benefits supporting the Business Case, create detailed project plans, track spend against budget and manage risks to ensure delivery within the timeframe.
You will also be responsible for motivating cross-disciplinary technology and business teams to design and deliver a variety of technical and business solutions.
Additionally, you will:
- Support project sponsors in presenting and gaining approval for business cases
- Proactively manage project Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID)
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Ensure that employees affected by change projects are suitably prepared for their implementation
About You
To join us as a Project Manager, you will need:
- At least five years' experience of successfully delivering projects through a virtual team of cross-disciplinary staff
- A minimum of three years' experience of delivering digital projects
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly in insurance, insurance broking, credit and/or loan provision and payments
- Experience of regularly dealing with C level stakeholders
- Experience of the whole project lifecycle encompassing both technology and business change projects
- Experience of optimising processes and/or outcomes working with outsourced and off-shored globally distributed technology delivery teams
- Experience of managing IT partner and/or supplier services
- Previous experience of portfolio management processes
- Experience in Waterfall, Agile and iterative software development methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Project and Office tools
- A project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or similar)
