The Salesforce Developer, will provide support to the businesses through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. This position will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component Framework) and customization including coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications. Responsibilities:Execute significant platform changes, remediate complex development problems and lead project teams.Keep current on platform technologies and trends; attend and lead medium- or large- sized project meetings and enforce best practices.Apply specialized technical knowledge.Evaluate, plan and implement medium- or large- sized projects.Test complex platform development functions.Document and resolve complex problems.Report progress to leaders.Other duties as assigned or required. Experience:Typically has 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer. Technical Skills:Required:Salesforce Certificated DeveloperKnowledge of using Salesforce LightningProficient with Apex and Visualforce knowledgeHands on experience with Salesforce Automation tools as Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval Processes and change setsPreferred:Salesforce Administrator or Administrator II CertificationUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologyKnowledge of Marketing CloudUnderstanding of languages such as Java/C#/OOP, JavaScript, JQuery/Angular JS/Bootstrap, SQL/SOQL, Web Services, and Lightning Web Components
