My leading client is looking for a Senior Development Manager to join a truly a dynamic environment you will be responsible for leading internal and external teams building Enterprise Level IT solutions. You will be fully engaged in activities to continually optimise how the client work and contribute to strategic decisions about the future IT estate.Proven successful track record working with Infrastructure, Development and Test teams to deliver Enterprise Level changeStrong Microsoft exposureExcellent software development experience - across a range of different life cycle models, structured methodologies, coding standards, their importance and the benefits they bringProven experience of management in an agile IT development environment working with architecture, development and testing teams and with a sound understanding of SDLCAbility to understand and challenge the architecture and implementation when neededA good knowledge and understanding of total cost of ownership of IT assets and functionsA practical knowledge of IT technologies and working practicesExcited and driven by innovation.
