This company is a leading telecommunications construction company working multiple Cell Tower, 5G Cell, Wired + Wireless and EV Stations and large scale AC utility projects across the states of New York, New England, New Jersey and further. After rapid growth within the field they are looking to continue their growth with the goal to expand to multiple neighbouring states in the near future. With a great culture, this company is looking for a special individual to join their already professional team.
This key role is responsible for leading teams of Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians on a job in order to complete projects on time and under budget; Understanding and instructing your teams on the proper navigation, use, and installation methods outlined in the NEC; and motivating and successfully leading teams of electricians on a project, as well as helping to layout work for those groups to continually learn and advance in a productive environment.
The ideal candidate would have experience in assembly, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial, industrial and large multi-family settings, Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes and must have a proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
The company is highly successful and continuing to win contracts further than New York. The candidate must be comfortable travelling to neighbouring states for new projects in the future.

The role:
* Foreman Electrician
* Leading teams of Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians
* Able to read blueprints and electrical drawings and install and lay out as specified
The Person:
* 5+ years of experience as an electrician; extensive experience in both commercial and residential work a plus.
* Current journeyman electrician license.
* Must have your own set of tools and safety gear
* Team player looking to develop others and their own career
