MAINTENANCE LEAD UPSTREAM

Location: SolothurnDuration: 4 Months initially

The MAINTENANCE LEAD UPSTREAM is responsible of maintaining the facilities process equipments which mainly consists of Media preparation tanks, seed train bioreactors, production bioreactors, CIP equipment, centrifuge, heat exchangers…. Main responsibilities:All maintenance activities to be performed in the areaDefining priorities and assigning tasks to upstream technicians and process maintenance engineersEnsuring that activities are done following GMP, HSE procedures/rulesReviewing and closing work ordersTransferring knowledgePerforming root cause analysisProposing training for knowledge leverage of technicians to the head of process maintenanceManaging deviations and CAPAsPerform LOTO plansCoordinating the shift organization of technicians Further tasks can include:Troubleshooting and technical issues analysis by using expertise.Proposing of new improvement ideas to increase the asset utilization by analyzing data from CMMS and manufacturing performancesWorking closely with process engineering for modification and CAPEX projectBe the back up of Lead Process Maintenance-downstream and/or Head of Process Maintenance QualificationsBachelor/Master, Engineer diploma or equivalent in technical fields (mechanical, electromechanical, process engineering...)CFC or technical diploma with at least 5 years of experienceMinimum 2 years of experience if engineer (and 7 years if technician) in Biotech/Pharma, Food or Chemical industries (GMP, HSE environment)Good Communication / good team leadership / functional managementFluent in English.
