Salary: 132,000czk - 165,000czkLocation: Czech Republic - Prague / RemoteJob Description:Within this role you will undertake a leadership role of a small, fast-paced team. You will liaise with non-technical stakeholders and clients to gain an understanding of the necessary requirements, whilst providing the developers with the necessary tools and technical requirements.Responsibilities:Liaise with clients and non-technical team members.Participate in development meetings and present ideas.Analyse solutions and document designs.Conduct presentations with non-technical staff members.Requirements:Experience within a leadership position.Experience working with Cloud services.Knowledge of Backend development.Understanding of Java Core technologies and Spring framework.Desired:Leading a small, fast-paced team.Experience with AWS services and tools.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Benefits:Participate in hackathons.An extensive five week paid holiday.Take advantage of a generous relocation package.Annual bonus that is based on individual and corporate performance.Language upskill in English and Czech, with technical, soft, and finance skill training.Interested?
