An established consultancy is looking for a MMIC Engineer with strong experience in GaN or GaAs to join their team. As a MMIC Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include;GaN or GaAs MMIC design up to 30GHzLayoutRF characterization and validationFull MMIC development through to final productionTo be considered for the MMIC Engineer vacancy you must have prior industry experience in GaAs MMIC design, be comfortable in the RF test, characterization, and validation of MMIC's, complete understanding surrounding Smith charts and s-parameter measurements, and preferably some experience with load-pull characterization.
