General Information:Start date: asapDuration: 12 monthsExtension: Yes, on request and showed performanceWorkload: 100%Work location: Zug areaRemote: Possible, the load will be discussed in the 2nd round interviewTravel: no Tasks & Responsibilities Develop and own the SEO strategy for our key channels such as diagnostics.roche.com, healthcaretransformers.com and custombiotech.com, to name a fewDefine, track and report on SEO KPIsDefine long term SEO and Content strategy working with stakeholders across: content creators, customer areas, solution marketing, affiliates and regionsAudit pre-selected websites for SEO readiness: Technical and content gapsBuild requirements and propose the right IT tools to meet the strategyLead technical implementationOn-going optimizationsCompetitor trackingUpskill & train the internal Digital Marketing team Must Haves3-5 years of SEO experience in a similar position before, regarding the size of the companiesYou possess a strong understanding of user analytics, SEO, and Organic Search on an enterprise-levelBe able to be hands-on but also leverage internal (IT) and external partnersExperience with international, multilingual websites with a Global & local aspectProficiency in English and at least one additional language (German, Spanish, French preferred)Agency experience preferred - multiple stakeholdersExperience working in Matrix organization and strong stakeholder management skillsSolid knowledge of xml, css, html and javascript If this outstanding opportunity sounds interesting for you, do not hesitate to contact me for more details or send me your CV.Sthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
