We have an amazing opportunity for you to work as a Software Developer for Bradford District Care Trust. The scheme's aim is to develop the Tech leaders of tomorrow within the NHS, so we are looking for ambitious graduates ready to fast track their careers and make an immediate impact. This is an exciting role with a remit to support and lead the Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) team to deliver the implementation of the BDCFT Quality Improvement System. The main responsibilities of the role are: To design, develop and maintain software systems and databases, covering all stages of the software development lifecycle. To assist staff in the preparation of requirements and technical specifications, and to produce and maintain documentation to accepted professional standards. To perform research and development in the latest tools, technologies, and platforms to support the transformation of BDCFT. To facilitate the integration of new solutions with existing BDCFT systems. To keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to support the Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of digital solutions that supports the delivery of strategic programmes.  The role will primarily focus on the digital transformation and how this can make things better for the NHS patients and staff that we serve.
