Are you an experienced Compliance Manager with a background in Finance with experience in management of the companies internal audit and SOX programs?

This is a Senior Management position in which you will have direct leadership responsibilities which include interacting with all levels of management, outside auditors and external consultants and should be able to work independently and as a team member.

In this role you will be required to develop, conduct and report on operational and compliance audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls. Perform internal audits of operational business processes including sales commissions, distributor audits, and other projects as identified by management.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the SOX Program which involves the planning, execution and management of the program, including development of the annual risk assessment and audit plan.

The Person

* BS Degree, Finance or Accounting

* Minimum of 8 years direct experience with SOX reporting

* CPA with 3+ years of public accounting experience in a Big 4 environment
