You will play a vital role in providing IT support to business partners enabling the company to achieve its goals. You will be looked upon to provide solutions to technology challenges as well as educate end users on utilising available tools to more efficiently perform their tasks.Key Skills:IS Help Desk phone support (On rotating basis)Loaned laptop and projector managementHardware procurement, inventory, disposal supportAccount Management advanced supportVIP/Executive supportAssist with managing standard process/proceduresCross trains and provides guidance to other techniciansWork directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance ProfileExperience:Proven experience in IS Help Desk supportWindows 7 & 10 experience Microsoft Office 2016 / Office 365 or above experience Mobile Device support experience (iOS preferred) Laptop/Printer Hardware advanced knowledgeGeneral Networking and Wireless environment understanding skills Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange experience Desktop support tools advanced knowledge Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex PC/Network problems quickly and accurately; contacts vendors as needed Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus IT service management system experience required (ServiceNow experience a plus)Documentation and Knowledge base experience Project management working knowledge Ability to work assignments that are complex in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendationsJob OfferSalary:£26,000 - £30,000
