Software Developer London to £95k

Software Developer / Engineer (Java Spring ForgeRock Security SQL API) *Hyrbid WFH*. FinTech solutions provider that are enabling traditional high street banks to compete with the challenge from tech driven rivals is seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong Java and ForgeRock experience.

As a Software Developer you'll join a small team responsible for highly available services that process user authentication and security mechanisms for a wide set of customers and clients on a best-in-class platform that is highly available, scales to unprecedented levels and provides the lowest possible latency. You'll utilise your experience of ForgeRock (including OpenAM, OpenDJ, and OpenCTS) to provide subject matter expertise to the team and ensure that mission critical user registrations are secure.

The core banking platform is written in Java, SpringBoot utilising RESTful APIs and modern SQL databases.

There's a remote interview process and flexibility to work from home three days a week, when you're in the office you can enjoy a great team environment with spacious dining area, continuous supply of breakfast, snacks and drinks as well as games rooms and quiet spaces (potentially UK fully remote for this role).

Requirements:

You have strong Java, Spring and ideally Spring Security; experience with RESTful APIs

You have experience with ForgeRock including OpenAM, OpenDJ, and OpenCTS or IAM solutions

You have a good working knowledge of SQL databases e.g. CockroachDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

You have experience working in Agile teams e.g. Scrum and TDD / BDD experience

You have a good knowledge of CI/CD

You're collaborative with good communication skills
