Product Manager - Outside IR 35 - £650Location: Remote / London
Overview:
A leading powerhouse within the insurance technology sector is currently hiring a Product Owner who has strong experience in business insurance products such as Public Liability and Employers Liability to help our client construct a new business entity. This is an outside IR 35 contract paying up to £650 per day with remote working options to be started ASAP.
This exciting project will focus on customer propositions, new technology approaches, supplier relations, quotations, and customer engagement. Any experience of how you would create a virtual broker which supports customers to ensure they remain on the right level of protection and seeks to auto-renew at the end of the term would be highly desirable.

Ability to think creatively and find ways to disrupt external and internal thinking, to produce world-class experiences for our customers Utilise subject matter expertise to innovate the quotation experience, enabling fast and effective comparison, accompanied by seamless policy executionAnalyse and break down requirements, communicate these clearly to the team for deliveryDeeply analyses journey performance, interpreting and providing insight to shape and iterate the Product Roadmap and overall strategy Making effective trade-off decisions between conflicting dynamics
Desirable Requirements
Good technical understanding of business insurance products, such as Public Liability and Employer's Liability Highly influential, lead through empowering others, influence and trustUnderstanding of modern, customer-centric product and experience development approaches and techniquesUnderstanding on how to collect and use data to drive effective decision making
Outside IR 35 - 6 months rolling contract - office present occasionally for stakeholder meetings 2-stage interview process ideally an immediate start
