Excellent role on offer for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to work for a highly-respected consultancy firm operating in the Rail, Highways and Civil Infrastructure sectors offering extensive progression opportunities.

This company are a consultancy firm operating within a diverse range or sectors including Rail, Infrastructure and Construction. They provide an array of services to their public and private sector clients including; project management, commercial management, cost management, procurement, quality management, programme and planning management. They operate at the forefront of their market and are developing new technology to enhance the services they provide.

Having a strong order book and the winning of lucrative new contracts, they are now looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

In this role your responsibilities will include; reporting, cost control, cost allocation, forecasting, budget management, funding, estimating and construction methodology. You will be predominantly based out the offices of the companies clients based in central Birmingham. This role offers a flexible working model, where your time will be split between home and office working.

This role would therefore ideally suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience within either the Rail or Civil Engineering sectors who is keen to work for a consultancy offering excellent experiences operating within their extensive client base. The ideal candidate will also have a relevant degree/qualification and the desire to gain new experiences within a diverse array of projects.

The Role:

*Assistant Quantity Surveyor

*Working on Rail/Civil Infrastructure projects within world-renowned businesses

*Providing consultancy services within the Pre-Construction phase

*£30,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Chartership Support

The Person:

*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Rail or Civils sectors

*Seeking to work within a consultancy with some of the UK's largest contractors

*Looking for progression and chartership support
