One of my clients has a urgent need to a Windows Server Engineer, which is located on-site in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The correct individual will be responsible for configuring and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure servers, enterprise application installation and configuration, infrastructure design, and troubleshooting. In this role, the Engineer will operate as a subject matter expert (SME) and maintain all production, pre-production, and development of systems in a Windows environment. An active Secret security clearance is required. Salary is $130k, please let me know if you are interested. Responsibilities:Implements, supports, and maintains Microsoft Windows Server systems infrastructureAssesses the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systemsResearches and initiates system and server upgrades with IT leadershipInstalls or upgrades Microsoft Windows Server systemsProvides technical support for staff and back-end system usersReviews and troubleshoots system error logs and user-reported errorsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or more than 5 years prior experience working with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.Must have a minimum of 2012 or higher MCSA/MCSE certification, AZURE certification, or equivalent System Administration Certification.Must be DOD 8570.01-M IAT II certified with a Security+ CE Certification or HigherPrior experience with DoD or policies and procedures.Prior experience with Microsoft Windows Server core services such as DHCP, DFS, ADFS, Certificate Services, IIS, DNS, etc.Must have prior experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and patching, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and server configuration.Must be able to receive and maintain a DoD Secret Personnel Clearance
