As a Java Developer (Credit IT), you will be working on server side components. You will will work on design and implementing features for Credit eTrading, order management and market connectivity layers.Client DetailsMy client is a Tier One bank operating in the financial services industry with offices in London.DescriptionThis Tier One, Financial institute's Credit ETS development team is based in London and New York. The platform is deployed globally in Europe, Americas and Asia; the London development team liaises with global support teams to ensure the stability and uptime of the platform.The Credit business has identified eTrading as a key area in which they would like to develop in terms of reliability and functionality hence success in this area is regarded as essential to help the business succeed. The Java Developer (Credit IT) will work on design and implementing features for Credit eTrading order management and market connectivity layers. This will include build out of bond quoting from an Algo Engine, enhancements to Bonds Auto Negotiation engine, the build out of an internal RFQ work flow between sales and trading and market connectivity. The qualified applicant should possess a track record in producing clean, high performance, scalable and testable applications, while demonstrating a great sense of design and attention to detail.
