My client are a Global presence who are now breaking in to the Automotive space and are looking for a Lead 3D Graphics IDE & Tools Developer to take full responsibility of the Tool-chain and lead by example in technical aspects. In your role as Lead IDE & Tools Developer you will be part of the Finland team's efforts, designing and developing 3D Graphics IDE and Tools to help developers and designers to improve their work-flows transforming their design ideas to products more effectively.If you have experience creating helpful tools in Computer Graphics and IDE environments and can integrate this in to some of the leading technologies in this field - especially in the Automotive Industry then this role will be for you.

Requirements:- 3D IDE and Content Pipeline Tools Development Experience.

- 2D and 3D graphics principles and runtime requirements.

- Experience in some of the industry leading tools like Unity, Unreal, Blender, Maya, 3DSMax, Kanzi, Qt or some specific in-house tools.

- Understanding of UI frameworks and integration to IDE tools.

- Proficiency in C++ programming.

- Experience in scripting languages (Eg. JavaScript/TypeScript, Lua, etc.)

- Debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Candidates must have oral and written English communication skills. On the management side, the candidate must have good experience in Team or Tech Lead positions and be able to effectively communicate between Senior Management and their team.This role - if successful in the interview process - comes with a full relocation package to either Helsinki or Tampere if the candidate lives outside of Finland.
