My client are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their business. Client DetailsMy client are a global logistics business.DescriptionTroubleshoot, Problem Solve and fix and resolve IT issues efficiently and effectivelyBuild, service and maintain networks including site visits when required for build, refresh and out of management tasksProvide good customer service to our user base through telephone,email and remote communicationsEnsure IT Support processes are followed and documentedEnsure that the asset database is maintained at all timesResponsible for installing authorised software on desktops/laptops as requiredResponsible for supporting issues with IT equipment including scanners and printersWorking closely with stakeholders in the business to improve customer relations and technical supportWhere required to do so supervise/mentor junior IT support technicians as requiredProfileMust have proven experience providing 2nd Line Support Advantageous to have experience supporting PC hardware, printers, scanners, peripherals and mobile devicesDesirable to have Degree or HNC/HND in IT or related subjects Must have drivers license - Willing to travel to different sitesExperience of MS Office including Office 365Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10Active Directory AdministrationJob OfferSalary paying up to £30,000Opportunity to travel globally Excellent training and career progression Great benefits package
