Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer from a manufacturing/management background looking for a senior technical lead position, in which you will control all mechanical aspects at a major engineering company?

Established over 40 years, this expanding company carry out the design, manufacture and installation of their bespoke products and have a growing world-wide customer base including blue-chip companies across a large variety of sectors. This company has enjoyed continual success and growing demand and they now require a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their close-knit and highly skilled team.

In this senior position you will act as a project leader, managing projects from concept to delivery, as well as being a figurehead and playing an important role in driving standards, identifying areas for improvement and leading changes.

This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer from a manufacturing/management background looking to be in a senior role, leading all the mechanical engineering activities at a large manufacturing business.

The Person:Holds a relevant Mechanical/Design Engineer degreeManagement experience of handling multiple high value projectsStrong background using 3D CAD softwareBased in or commutable to Maidstone
