£80k - £90k OTE

Location: UK Wide, including Telford, Southend, Worthing, Holborn, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle.

A leading technology consultancy with offices across the globe continue to grow within the architectural space. We are seeking a number of highly talented Cloud and Digital Architects to bolster an award winning team of architects. As a cloud and digital architect, you will have full end-to-end ownership of digital solutions for a number of market leading clients throughout the UK.

The Digital Software Architect has a key role in defining and delivering Digital Government. Digital transformation through software is critical to most UK government departments to support their digital transformation agendas. You should thrive on variety and enjoy working across the full lifecycle of a project: help define a digital transformation, create a vision for a service, work with agile teams to deliver on that vision, create an automated continuous delivery pipeline, work with DevOps teams to understand and improve the service in production. We want passionate, energetic technologists who can create solutions, work with clients, lead development teams and occasionally help with winning work.

Key Skills:

*Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills.

*Practical experience of working on and delivering a cloud-based environment.

*Designing and owning software solutions

*Strong software engineering/development background

*Strong software architecture skills

*Strong project delivery experience

*Understanding of cloud native principles

*Experience of delivering web-based services, ReSTful APIs and complex integrations

*Experience of modern software architectures such as micro-services

*Experience in delivering using Agile

*Experience and passion for leading teams of software engineers
