What you'll be doing (Key Tasks): + Defining project team (internally and externally)
+ Project managing the resource in the studio to include scheduling and direction of team
+ Ensuring client projects are delivered within the time required to make the project profitable to the highest quality.
+ Communicating project plans and job status to clients at least weekly if not daily (if there are changes for any reason)
+ Foreseeing and solving problems around delivery issues
+ Planing all projects that are delivered through the business, minimising the mistakes or overservicing that could cause delay in service delivery.
+ Documenting all the processes in the business relating to delivery of services (from sales client on boarding to project handover).
+ Advising Head of Talent / HR on positive/negative resourcing requirements at least two months ahead of requirements (this requires regular communication with Head of Sales to analyse the pipeline).
+ Project managing internal projects
+ Assisting the business with reaching it's overall objectives around customer success & growth About You: + Previous experience working in a web agency environment
+ Excellent Communication skills
+ Task Management Bonus Skills: + Leadership experience
+ Experience with WordPress
+ Experience of risk management
+ Cost Management
+ Negotiation experience
