As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be leading a Salesforce team as the system is implemented and integrated across the business. The company are going through a huge amount of growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity to come into the business and take a pivotal role in driving the instance across the business, having the influence from day one to shape the platform to achieve the goal and objectives.

Working alongside a highly experienced and certified team of Salesforce professionals, you will be leading the team, working across multiple clouds and delivering projects from design through to deployment. You will be leading workshops; gathering requirements and designing technical solutions for a wide range of projects. You will also head up the integration with 3rd party applications, and support on the development of custom applications as the instance progresses. You will have the opportunity to lead the team across the full Salesforce development life cycle, so experience in this will be crucial.

Key SkillsHands-on technical experience with SalesforceStrong Salesforce product knowledge (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud).Knowledge of Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Components.End to end implementationsSolution design and architectureIntegrations with third-party applicationsSalesforce Certified

You will be working for an expanding organisation, who are continuing to grow their Salesforce team as they bring on new projects.
