This is a new opportunity for a Programme or Project Manager with an RF/MMIC or Analog IC Design background or understanding to join a successful and growing start up company based in the Thames Valley. This is an exciting time in the life cycle of this company with fantastic opportunity for high rewards!!  Working within an experienced team working on satellite communications terminals for mobile and fixed applications you will be a key part of the companies progression into the next phase of business growth. In this role you will be take responsibility for project/program management working closely alongside the team to manage the entire development flow of multiple highly complex integrated circuit (IC) design projects (running in parallel) from initiation to production that are being developed through a combination of external and internal design work. The successful applicant will have experience in program management of either RF or MMIC, Analog or a Mixed-signal ICs. This will also include the project planning and management activity of the chipset integration into the final product and working with product development cycles to deliver the product within budget and on schedule. Knowledge and exposure in the areas of IC development, packaging, reliability, fabrication, Product Test Development, and Sustaining IC Management are of high interest. You will have a history of successful execution of complex IC projects and have a background in successful execution of complex projects thorough planning, prioritisation, risk mitigation, status reporting and good Project Management practice. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and will have the ability to lead a projects, manage supply relationships and interface successfully with engineers and suppliers.
