Do you want to join a well-established, at the forefront of their industry who are going through a strong period of expansion?
This company are part of an international group and have grown over the last forty years to become the UK's leading supplier of specialist systems. As part of their on going success they are adding a new castings division to the business and need someone to help them get it up and running.
In this position you will be responsible for specifiying the casting machinery, setting up the shop floor space and recruiting a team to help operate the department. You will then oversee the operation of the department responsible for maintaining quality and reliability.
Excellent opportunity to establish a new department and build a team from scratch.
The Role:
*Initially specifiy, organise and set up the new casting machines
*Recruit a team into the department
*Oversee the ongoing operation of the department
The Person:
*Experience in a casting environment
*Understand the process of Zinc Casting
*Hold a recognised qualification
