VB.Net Developer - £500 - £600 PD - Outside IR35 - Fully RemoteOverview
An excellent opportunity has arisen with an exciting SaaS business, they have a philosophy of continual improvement and early adoption of new & appropriate technologies. They strive to deliver a seamless, flexible and functionally-rich user-experience and maintain its position as one of the leading players in their field. Due to its rapidly growing customer base they are continuing to expand their development team and looking for a VB.Net developer to work on their legacy applications. The position will provide the opportunity to learn and gain commercial experience with their new platform within a C# (.Net Core) environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
·Development (Primarily VB.Net, .Net Core, but also mobile/tablet & MSOffice Integration)
·Software Architecture
·Database Design
·System testing
·Bug fixing
·System administration
·Documentation
Essential Requirements:
·The successful candidate will have proven commercial experience delivering projects to time, budget and customer specifications, along with a passion for producing first-class, leading-edge scalable code.
·VB.Net object orientated programming (Visual Studio 2017+)
·Cloud Architecture
·Knowledge of AWS
·Database Design: MS SQL Server
·API & WebServices development
·Knowledge of the development lifecycle / Agile / Scrum
·Discipline to work from home and to seek assistance when required
·Attention to detail and a creative flair able to find solutions to complex problems
·Professional approach and exceptional communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels

Contract Detail:
